Return Period

Customers can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Our Processing time is 7 Days.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.

Proof of Purchase

For processing returns, please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email. This ensures a smooth return process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized products
  • Final sale items

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Damaged or Defective Items
