Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Our shipments are handled by trusted carriers to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.
APO/PO Box Addresses
For the protection and peace of mind of our customers, we do not offer delivery to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
Shipping Courier
To provide our customers with a premium delivery service, all shipments are made through express courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and others. We have the discretion to select the courier that best facilitates a prompt and efficient delivery of the product to you.
Duty
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges. Before making a purchase, please consult your local customs office to determine the cost.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are created specifically for you and usually ship within 14 business days. However, there may be a delay of up to 20 business days for shipping.

- Transit Time: After processing, orders are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Order Processing
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.
Other Policies
Once payment is received, the customer will receive an email confirming the order.
The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment using the provided tracking number and following up with the courier company if necessary. In case the order is held by the courier or delivery is attempted but the customer is not present, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier. To avoid any issues, it’s recommended to regularly check the tracking information. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel may be destroyed by the courier, for which we won’t be held responsible.
To save time and money, multiple orders shipped to the same address may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion, unless otherwise instructed. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be rescheduled to a different address and the customer should contact the courier company for resolution.
